MY MISSION
I help individuals, teams, and organizations achieve meaningful transformation through presence, compassion, and deep insight. My background is in leadership development, management training and Gestalt Psychotherapy.

My approach, inspired by Merlin (King Arthur's guide), supports leaders towards a more humane and compassionate workplace. I combine spiritual grounding with practical strategies, allowing clarity to emerge and empowering clients to take purposeful action.

2011 to 2016
Started studying for Gestalt Psychotherapy and got warranted. I also moved more into HR corporate training, education management and psychology services.
Worked as a management trainer for University of Chester, Global College Malta, STC Malta and other institutes supporting students become better leaders.
After finishing my MBA, I supported small technology companies in administration, business development and service design. I also started giving basic training in IT.
