MY MISSION
My aim is to bring a revolution in education to expand human capacity to choose life and compassion. When people choose life over lifestyle, they tap into the magic of being human and focus on making life better for everyone.
I achieve this by helping individuals, teams, and organizations achieve meaningful transformation through development, training, coaching, therapy and organisational consultancy.
My approach, inspired by Merlin (King Arthur's guide), supports leaders towards a more humane and compassionate workplace. I combine spiritual grounding with practical strategies, allowing clarity to emerge and empowering clients to take purposeful action.

Moved towards corporate training with MISCO Malta, studying human systems constellations & lecturing at GBS Malta & MCAST. Started focusing more on strategic wellbeing.
Started studying for Gestalt Psychotherapy whist becoming an academic manager at Global College Malta. Helped me form my identity as manager & therapist.
Worked as a management trainer for University of Chester, Global College Malta, University of Malta and other institutes supporting students become better leaders.
After finishing my MBA, I supported small technology companies in administration, business development and service design. I also started giving basic training in IT.
