Leading From Spirit Course

Spirituality has existed for millennia and perhaps more. However management and spirituality seem to be at odds with each other. Management seems to be driven by power and status whereas spirituality seeks something more authentic. When organisations are soulful, we feel it and so when they are soulless. This journey uncovers what spirituality is and how leaders can work with it.

01 Spirituality For Managers

Many leaders today sit at the pinnacle of achievement yet sense an invisible depletion. They’ve mastered metrics but lost meaning. Spirutality beyond dogma, can help us find what that meaning is at work and in life.

02 Power Of Attention

Modern leadership lives amid noise, dashboards flashing, notifications blinking and meetings multiplying. The leader’s true currency is not time, strategy, or capital but it is attention and how the leader attends to it.

03 Tap Into Higher Intelligence

Your greatest intelligence is not found in your brain and mind. There is a higher intelligence when you become still and let that stillness speak to you. It is a space where a wisdom beyond your years will appear.

04 Alignment To Higher Will

The wise leader does not push the river, they learn its current. Their power does not come from display or dominance, but from attunement with the deeper flow of life. Aligning to our own truest selves, we attune to a wiser current.

05 Transform In Crises

What if collapse is not the end of leadership, but the threshold to a deeper form of it? Many myths have suggested that descent is not destruction but a sacred re-organisation. The self that dies is the false one. What is born is something new.
