Having been a trainer since 21 years I started to notice how much management is not just about performance and getting the job done but how much relationships can make or break a company. That is why I devoted myself to providing support to teams and managers who want to be compassionate as well as performing.

Team Development Workshops
Team development focuses on enhancing the skills, roles, and interpersonal relationships within a team to improve overall performance. Although this incorporates activities and engagement of team building, it focuses more on fostering camaraderie and trust among team members.
Inspire Foundation Wellness Day & Team Clinic: with Inspire Foundation I had the opportunity to organise a day activity for improving wellbeing for 100+ people and a team development session for the teams of one of their program.
Public Works Themed Team Development: created a theme based team development session for 70+ people based on a team journey experience around the story of King Arthur and Merlin.
Corporate Training
Corporate training enhances team morale, skills, and performance by fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration, which empowers employees to excel in their roles. It also brings people together to talk about how they can improve the quality of their work.
Amino Chemicals: through MISCO Malta we provided training to their managers and senior managers on how to work through conflict and improve their relationships at work.
ELT Council: provided training to the employees of ELT Council to support them to develop better work environment and emotional intelligence.
Management Coaching
Management coaching enhances leadership skills, boosts team performance, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement within organizations. It allows your best people to continue to grow and develop future leaders.
FedEx Malta: by partnering with MISCO, we provided one to one coaching sessions to all their team leaders.
